Index is this site: a constrained public surface for selected work and writing. The brief was to make something that feels closer to a product object than a theme — paper, type, and a grid, with as little decoration as the content will allow.

Constraints

The site has three jobs. It should introduce the person, show a short list of projects, and keep notes in a form that still makes sense a year later. Anything that does not serve those jobs was left out.

The visual language is industrial on purpose. Hairline rules, monospaced labels, and large tight type are there to create hierarchy without relying on colour, cards, or motion.

What stayed

Markdown for writing. A typed content collection for projects. A single layout so pages share the same margins, type scale, and section grammar. The result is a site that can grow by adding files, not by inventing new page types.
